Our three therapy rooms to rent are located in an easy to reach location at 6-7 East Street, Ware, Hertfordshire, SG12 9HJ.

The rooms are located in a 16th Century, Grade II listed building that over the years has been used as a gathering place for traders and travellers, a warehouse for confectionery, and more recently as a GP surgery.

Today, the Dolphin Rooms are maintaining the building’s links with the healthcare profession by providing ten high-quality, private and furnished spaces in which therapeutic professionals can practise.

Three of our rooms are designated as Therapy Rooms. All employ a video door entry system and have a fast Wi-Fi connection for online sessions.

Last-Minute Availability

Flexible Hire Times

Subject to availability, you can rent our therapy rooms on an ad hoc hourly basis, or book more regular sessions of at least 4 hours per week. Many of our therapists choose to book a room on a weekly or monthly basis to make the most of the lower rates that we offer. We also provide discounts for all-day hires.
