Frequently Asked Questions
How much notice do I need to give to cancel my booking?
Ad Hoc Hours: Full price will be charged for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
Regular Hours: A minimum of one month’s written notice is required if You wish to terminate or reduce regular hours.

Yes, there is a communal kitchen available where food and non-alcoholic beverages may be consumed.
Do you have fast WIFI?
Yes, high-speed WIFI is available in all of our therapy and medical rooms.
Do I need contents insurance?
Whilst we provide a secure and well-maintained environment at The Dolphin Medical and Therapy Rooms, we recommend that practitioners take out their own content’s insurance for any personal or professional equipment that they bring into the rooms.
Do you charge extra for bank holidays?
You will not be charged for regular hours that fall on Bank Holidays in England if you notify us in advance that the rooms will not be used on those days.
Do you advertise my services?
We don’t currently advertise on behalf of our clients; however, we can refer you to our recommended marketing supplier should you wish to discuss expanding your business.
Can post be delivered to The Dolphin Rooms?
Yes, we can receive post on your behalf which will be sorted and ready for collection.
